Onsite printer repair procedure:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose the problem.
  
• Give you the estimate on the labor and parts.
• Go ahead with the repair after getting authorization from you.
• Clean the inside (rollers and paper path) and outside of your printer
• Leave a copy of work order/invoice with the information (make, model, series number, page count) of your printers.

Warranty

We provide 180 days written warranty on our repair (the same problem caused by the same part), excluding consumable parts.
